These boots are pretty swell. They do stay warm and dry even in rough weather. Also, they are more stylish to me than most winter boots out there and are easy to take on and off.A few critiques though, they don't close all the way at the top for the sake of fashion and stay sort of open like a high top sneaker. When shoveling snow or cleaning off my car (or walking in deep snow), some snow has fallen into the boot and then of course you have wet socks and freezing feet. This is fine if you can conveniently locate a heater to warm your feet and socks by in the near future, but can have bad implications if you're out in the cold for a long time. Just be mindful.Also, the grey fleece looking bit that folds down is cool looking and all, and I guess it sort of insulates your ankles a bit more in it's round about way, but it is quite a stiff piece of material and will rub the area between your ankles and calves raw if you don't have long socks and pants tucked into the shoe. Ouch- don't know why they couldn't make that softer.The fit is true to size but keep in mind they are winter boots and will feel roomy with a light sock. I ordered my usual size and I think these are intended to be worn with quite a thick pair of socks. Obviously they aren't summer sneakers, so that's okay.Lastly the rubber sole is quite thick and I find it to be sort of unattractive in real life. Obviously it has it's function as these are really sturdy and functional winter boots but I sort of worry sometimes that I'm walking around with Frankenstein shoes and here I thought I was going out of my way to find stylish winter boots. This could just be my imagination though.

Warm, waterproof, and not too ugly! I couldn't ask for much more!These also have good support, I considerred getting Uggs, but they are more of a fashion boot and have no support. I NEEDed functionality, I need arch support because I have very flat wide feet and I wanted something that wouldn't be like a giant hideous moon boot or something. This fit the bill and it delivered.

Fits great but run small. Glad i got a half size bigger. Excellent warmth, style and practicality. My feet NEVER get wet or cold and i have worn these in snow, slush, rain, and even camping and they are still in mint condition with no leaks. I get tons of compliments on them.
