Upon receiving these boots I was impressed with the quality and the style. They are very comfortable and warm. The only problem is they are very hard to get on. It is a struggle to pull them on and I figured out I have to push and push my foot into each boot to get them on. They need a zipper or some kind of opening. I bought the black/purple combination and Im not sure where the purple is...they are just black with some off-white stiching. Overall, I am pleased with the boots.

I bought these boots for an upcoming winter trip to Japan, but for the last week or so I've been wearing them around here when it's cold at night. I absolutely love them. My feet are almost always freezing, but not in these. They keep my feet very warm, and they're very soft and comfortable. I have no problems walking in them for hours. They're incredibly easy to slip on and off. I was worried before they came because a lot of previous reviews have said they're small and/or tight. I ordered my usual size 7 and they fit perfectly! So I'd say they're pretty true to size for me. They've also gotten a bit looser after wearing them for awhile, so they do have some give. There's plenty of room around the calves to tuck jeans into, which I like. I think they're really cute, too. I will probably order a second pair in another color since I'm so happy with them.

I am typically a size 7.5-8. I tried these on in the store anticipating buying them. They were SO tight. I went all the way up to a 9 before they were comfortable. I can not judge the qulity or warmth. And the size isn't a problem as one simply gets the correct size. I recommend trying them on before buying.
